- Services Overview
BearWow.com provides entertainment services with animators dressed in inflatable costumes, including bears, pandas, and gorillas, for events such as weddings, graduations, birthdays, and corporate celebrations. We also offer gift card services that can be redeemed exclusively for BearWow services.
- Bookings and Payments
- Booking Process:
- All bookings must be completed through our website or via phone.
- Clients must provide accurate event details, including address, date, and time, during the checkout process.
- Payment Options:
- Online Payments: Payments are securely processed through third-party providers, and we do not store payment details on our servers.
- Cash Payments: Cash can be paid directly to the animator at the event.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards can be redeemed during the booking process or for cash payments by presenting the card to the animator.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- BearWow-Initiated Cancellations:
- BearWow reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or safety concerns). In such cases, clients will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.
- Gift Cards
- Redemption:
- Gift cards may only be redeemed for services offered by BearWow.com.
- Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable to others. They are not tied to a specific individual.
- Validity:
- Gift cards are valid until the expiration date printed on the card. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or reissued.
- User Conduct
By using our website, you agree to the following:
- You will not use the website for unlawful purposes or activities.
- You will not disrupt or interfere with the functionality or security of the website.
- You will not provide false or misleading information during the booking process or when contacting BearWow.
- Costume and Safety Disclaimer
- Animator Responsibilities:
- Animators perform inside inflatable costumes powered by internal fans. They reserve the right to decline participation in events deemed unsafe or hazardous.
- Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event location is safe, accessible, and appropriate for performances.
- BearWow is not liable for injuries, damages, or disruptions caused by unsafe event environments or client negligence.
- Intellectual Property
All content on BearWow.com, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and videos, is the property of BearWow. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from BearWow.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BearWow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- In any event, BearWow’s liability for claims is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
- Force Majeure
BearWow is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or governmental restrictions.
- Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. By continuing to use our website and services after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and the applicable federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nebraska.
